Role Summary: The Project Specialist Coodinator is a highly dynamic position. The candidate will act as an operational backbone, supporting critical functions including HR, People Management, Sales Support, Project Tracking, and Purchasing. They will also be responsible for capturing MIS data and conducting internal audits to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Managing day to day Project MIS critical task like HR Operations MIS Setting up policies, culture, and documentation.
Commercials Coordination: Vendor Management, Purchase, Inventory Project Coordination: Helping keep internal projects on track, Sales Support : Supporting the sales team with resource planning. General Support: Stepping into various functions as needed to help the company scale.
Required Skills and Qualifications Experience 0.6 to 3 years of hands-on experience in HR or Ops department, preferably in startups.
Technical Skills Proficient in MS Excel, word, PPT, Design tools like Canva etc, knowledge of job portals will be plus Soft Skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for physical layer issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent verbal communication along with public speaking abilities. Education/Cert.
Atleast must be a graduate preferably B.Tech or MBA in HR/Ops We are at the inception stage and looking for a versatile partner to help us build the foundation of Karmikus.
