Use your creative and technical skills to adapt lead design layouts to flex across extended formats, variants and ranges, adjusting assets, layouts and images as needed
- Follow brand standards and guidelines across a various number of brand portfolios
- Communicate any challenges, and seek support from the team members and lead in a prompt and timely manner when needed
- Adhere to best practices and ways of working across Packaging Adaption rollouts
- Partner with experts in the Packaging Quality Assurance department to ensure accuracy in file builds
- Review your work with a critical eye for layout and detail
The ideal person
- Has a good understanding of Consumer-packaged goods and packaging production
- Is aware of print processes and their impact on packaging file creation
- Has good attention to detail, striving for accuracy in file building and content creation
- Has some experience in image handling and adapting them in Photoshop
- Has a natural eye for branding, design, hierarchy, layout, typography, spacing, and color
- Has a good understanding of how to work with a brand and its assets with craft and diligence
- Has good interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal
- Has the ability to work to given deadlines in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment
- A working understanding of Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite (knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- A portfolio showcasing your abilities to apply creative inputs and in building packaging art solutions
- 5 years (minimum) working in a Design and/or Production role within the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry
