Front Office Admin – Music Academy (Job Description)
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors professionally.
- Handle admission enquiries and provide course information.
- Manage student registrations and maintain accurate records.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages promptly.
- Schedule classes and coordinate with faculty members.
- Maintain attendance records for students and staff.
- Collect fees, issue receipts, and update payment records.
- Follow up on pending admissions and fee payments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
- Manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Coordinate events, workshops, concerts, and examinations.
- Maintain office files, documents, and inventory.
- Assist in social media updates and promotional activities.
- Handle basic MS Office tasks (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and academy information.
- Communicate effectively in English and Tamil.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.

Qualification
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- 1–2 years of experience in front office or administrative roles preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
