- Equipment Reliability: Plan and execute preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance schedules for critical garment machinery (e.g., Juki, Brother, and Pegasus sewing machines). [1, 2, 3]
- Breakdown Management: Lead root cause analysis (RCA) during equipment failures to identify problems and implement permanent corrective actions, minimizing production downtime. [1, 2]
- Machine Optimization: Engage in new product development by identifying required attachments, machine modifications, and Kaizen implementations in collaboration with operators and floor supervisors.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹57,700.13 per month
