Junior Psychologist / Psychology Associate
Better Self Psychology is looking for a motivated and responsible Junior Psychologist / Psychology Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for psychology graduates who are eager to build practical experience in counselling, client handling, psychological assessment, documentation, and mental health practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients regarding appointments, follow-ups, and session requirements.
- Assist with client assessments and history taking under supervision.
- Support psychologists in case documentation and maintaining client records.
- Assist with counselling-related administrative and office tasks.
- Participate in client coordination and case-related discussions.
- Assist in handling cases and gain practical exposure to counselling processes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation.
- Support day-to-day administrative operations of the psychology practice.
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients.

Eligibility
- B.Sc. Psychology or M.Sc. Psychology.
- Freshers are welcome.
- 0–1 year of experience in psychology/counselling-related work.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be organised, responsible, and willing to learn.
- A genuine interest in counselling and mental health practice is preferred.
Work Location & Timings
- Work mode: In-office
- Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Reporting to office is mandatory.
