Agarwal Enterprises is hiring Telecallers for handling customer communication and lead generation activities. We are looking for confident and enthusiastic candidates with good communication skills and a positive attitude. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and clients.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products/services clearly.
- Maintain customer leads.
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team when required.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong speaking and listening abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to convince and interact confidently with customers.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior telecalling/customer support experience is a plus.
- Under Graduate are welcome, Graduate in any stream is a plus.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
