Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
- Perform keyword research for IT services including Website Development, Mobile App Development, Software Development, SaaS, AI Solutions, Digital Marketing, and Dedicated Developer Hiring.
- Conduct on-page SEO including meta tags, title optimization, content optimization, internal linking, schema markup, and image optimization.
- Perform technical SEO audits and resolve website issues affecting search engine rankings.
- Build high-quality backlinks using ethical white-hat SEO techniques.
- Monitor keyword rankings, website traffic, and SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing, and mobile usability.
- Collaborate with developers, content writers, and the digital marketing team for SEO implementation.
- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities for growth.
- Create SEO reports and present performance improvements.
- Stay updated with Google's latest algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of keyword research tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, or Moz.
- Experience in backlink building and outreach.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, website structure, and SEO-friendly development.
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
- Familiarity with WordPress and other CMS platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an IT Company or Digital Marketing Agency.
- Experience promoting IT services and generating organic leads.
- Knowledge of Local SEO, International SEO, and SaaS SEO is an advantage.
- Understanding of AI tools for SEO and content optimization.
- Certification in Google Analytics or SEO will be an added advantage.
