For Interior Projects
We are looking for an experienced Carpenter Supervisor cum Carpenter to join our interior execution team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate carpentry works at interior project sites.
- Lead and manage a team of carpenters and helpers.
- Execute carpentry works personally wherever required.
- Read and understand interior drawings and measurements.
- Ensure accurate execution of wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, TV units, paneling, partitions, furniture and other interior works.
- Check measurements, levels, alignment and finishing quality.
- Coordinate with the Site Supervisor, Designer and other project teams.
- Ensure work is completed as per the project schedule.
- Identify site issues and provide practical solutions.
- Ensure proper usage and handling of materials, tools and equipment.
- Maintain good workmanship and site discipline.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in carpentry, preferably in the interior industry.
- Strong knowledge of modular and interior carpentry works.
- Ability to independently handle carpentry execution at site.
- Experience in supervising carpenters and managing site work.
- Good understanding of measurements, drawings and installation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Should be responsible, disciplined and quality-conscious.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
