Key Responsibilities:

● Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
● Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
● Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and consultants.
● Conduct HR screening and schedule interviews.
● Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations
● Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
● Handle employee resignation, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.
● Maintain employee records and HR databases.
● Maintain attendance, leave records
● Manage Salary Process
● Handle HR letters including offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, experience letters, etc.
● Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and SOPs.
● Organize employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
● Resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace relationships.
● Promote positive work culture and employee satisfaction.
● Conduct employee feedback and retention initiatives.
● Support business growth through strategic HR planning.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
● Knowledge of recruitment strategies and HR operations.
● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
● Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, HRMS, and recruitment portals.
Qualifications
● MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Preferred Experience
● Experience in IT Staffing and Recruitment
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
