Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Build talent pipelines through job boards, professional networks, and social media. Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to shortlist qualified candidates. [1]
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews, provide interview materials, and gather feedback from hiring managers. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Candidate Management: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring prompt communication and a strong employer brand. [1, 2, 3]

Core Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Recruitment Executive, or in a similar end-to-end hiring role.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases is essential.
- Knowledge: Understanding of labor legislation and general human resources policies
