- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand.
- Manage daily production operations and monitor production schedules.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Optimize manpower, machines, and materials for maximum productivity.
- Monitor production efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and work-in-progress.
- Analyze production reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Reduce manufacturing costs through process optimization and waste reduction.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Handle production-related audits and regulatory compliance.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production supervisors and operators.
- Resolve production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and improve machine utilization.
- Ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
- Prepare production budgets and monitor departmental expenses.
- Drive employee engagement and performance improvement.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
