The Videographer & Editor is responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality video content across digital platforms. This role combines on-set production skills with post-production editing expertise to create engaging branded content, social media assets, product videos, interviews, ads, and campaign films.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute video shoots from concept to final delivery.
- Operate professional cameras, audio gear, lighting equipment, and related production tools.
- Capture clean, well-composed footage for product, campaign, interview, social, and promotional content.
- Edit raw footage into finished videos using professional editing software.
- Add music, sound design, graphics, captions, motion elements, and basic visual effects as needed.
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to align output with brand and campaign goals.
- Ensure continuity, pacing, visual quality, and technical accuracy in final exports.
- Maintain and efficiently organise footage, project files, and production assets.
- Stay current with video trends, editing techniques, and platform-specific content formats.
- Handle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in videography and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of camera operation, framing, lighting, audio recording, and sound mixing.
- Ability to tell stories visually and create content suited for digital and social platforms.
- Good sense of pacing, continuity, composition, and visual branding.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Media Sciences or Video Production
- Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, websites, ads, and podcasts.
- Motion graphics, animation, color correction, or visual effects experience.
- Familiarity with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, microphones, and lighting kits.
- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating shooting and editing skills.
Pay: ₹10,311.65 - ₹34,920.23 per month
