Position Summary
The Sales Manager – Laboratory Services is responsible for driving revenue growth for Bridge Health's diagnostic business by developing strategic partnerships, expanding referral networks, acquiring institutional clients, and increasing utilization of laboratory services.
The role requires a strong understanding of diagnostic services, preventive healthcare, healthcare sales, and relationship management with healthcare professionals, corporates, hospitals, and community partners. The role requires exploring the sales opportunity across the entire laboratory business ecosystem in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Develop and execute annual sales strategies for laboratory and preventive diagnostic services.
- Generate new business through hospitals, clinics, physicians, nursing homes, pharmacies, wellness centres, physiotherapy clinics, and corporate organizations.
- Acquire corporate clients for employee wellness and preventive health screening programs.
- Partner with HR teams to implement annual health check initiatives.
- Develop diagnostic solutions for SMEs, startups, educational institutions, and industrial organizations.
- Build long-term contracts with insurance partners, TPAs, and healthcare providers where applicable.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,805.23 per month
