Executive Assistant to the Director – Business Expansion
Location: Kakkanad, Kochi (Travel Required)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly energetic, proactive, and growth-oriented professional to work directly with the Director. This is not a conventional Executive Assistant role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, execute efficiently, and play a key role in driving the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Director on business expansion initiatives.
- Coordinate and execute marketing and branding strategies.
- Support and drive admissions, sales, and business development activities.
- Coordinate campaigns with digital marketing, sales, and academic teams.
- Track business performance and follow up on strategic initiatives.
- Manage meetings, presentations, reports, and business communications.
- Travel for branch visits, partner meetings, corporate collaborations, and events as required.
- Ensure timely execution of decisions made by the Director.
- Lead cross-functional projects from planning to implementation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of relevant experience (fresh candidates with exceptional potential may also apply).
- Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Malayalam and Hindi is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
