We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design functional, aesthetically appealing, and sustainable spaces. The Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards, building regulations, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings
- Prepare 2D/3D designs, plans, and presentations for projects
- Meet clients to understand project requirements and preferences
- Coordinate with engineers, interior designers, contractors, and consultants
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and regulations
- Prepare project documentation, specifications, and estimates
- Review materials, finishes, and construction methods
- Manage timelines and ensure timely project completion
- Handle revisions and modifications based on client feedback
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
