Job Overview
SocialBay Consulting LLP is hiring an experienced State Sales Manager for one of our reputed clients. We are looking for a dynamic sales professional with strong experience in market development, distributor management, channel sales, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving business growth, expanding market reach, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute state-level sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and manage distributor, dealer, and channel partner networks.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage field sales teams.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Drive market expansion and business growth.
Candidate Requirements
- MBA or any relevant Postgraduate qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of Sales & Marketing experience.
- Experience in distributor/channel management and market development.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Candidates from Agribusiness, Animal Nutrition, Dairy, FMCG, Rural Distribution, Agri Inputs, or related industries will be preferred.
