- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Explain products, services, offers, or company policies.
- Generate sales leads and schedule appointments.
- Follow up with customers regarding products, payments, or services.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
- Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly call and performance targets.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
