- Machine Setup & Operation: Safely set up fixtures, load raw materials, and operate VMC machines.
- Programming & Editing: Select correct cutting tools, and read, write, or modify basic G-code and M-code programs.
- Offsets & Calibration: Set and adjust tool and work offsets to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Quality Control: Perform part inspections using micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine machine maintenance (cleaning/lubrication) and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow safety protocols, including wearing required PPE and maintaining a clean work area
Pay: ₹8,546.09 - ₹29,903.20 per month
