About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our in-office team. This is a critical role responsible for leading full-stack development projects, mentoring junior developers, and delivering scalable, high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver robust solutions.
- Lead code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
- Implement best practices for secure and maintainable code.
- Guide and mentor junior developers.
- Write clean, modular, and testable code.
- Work with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Manage version control using Git/GitHub.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in full-stack development with the MERN stack.
- Strong command over JavaScript, ES6+, and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of React.js, state management (Redux, Context API).
- Backend experience with Node.js and Express.js, including middleware, routing, and security.
- Proficiency in MongoDB, aggregation pipelines, and performance tuning.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and deployment using Docker, AWS, or DigitalOcean is a plus.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
