Job Summary
We are looking for Customer Service Executives to assist customers after purchase, including activation assistance, customer queries, follow-up calls, and ensuring smooth onboarding of customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with activation guidance and onboarding support
- Handle customer queries via calls and email
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer records and notes in CRM
- Coordinate with sales and technical support teams when required
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
Required Skills
- Good English communication skills
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work night shift (US time zone)
