- Event Execution: Supervise the setup, service, and breakdown of banquets, weddings, and corporate gatherings.
- Staff Management: Conduct pre-shift briefings, delegate tasks, and maintain appropriate staffing levels based on business volumes.
- Guest Relations: Greet hosts, address client needs or complaints proactively, and ensure exceptional service standards.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with culinary, housekeeping, and audiovisual teams to execute event requirements.
- Quality & Compliance: Monitor food quality, ensure accurate completion of event orders, and enforce health and safety regulations
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
