Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact existing customers for warranty renewal before policy expiry.
- Explain renewal benefits, coverage options, pricing, and applicable offers to customers.
- Negotiate and close renewal sales while maximizing customer retention and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Claims, and After-Sales teams to resolve customer queries and ensure a seamless renewal process.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and other communication channels until successful closure.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, follow-ups, and renewal status in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by delivering excellent service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Address customer concerns, objections, and grievances professionally to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly targets related to renewal revenue, conversion ratio, and customer retention as defined by the organization.
- Monitor renewal pipelines and ensure timely execution of all renewal activities to minimize policy lapses
