About the Role
Ridge Homes LLP is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh B.Com graduates who are passionate about accounting and finance and are looking to build a rewarding career in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and journal entries.
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain data in MS Excel.
- Verify bills, invoices, and payment documentation.
- Maintain proper filing of financial records and documents.
- Assist in monthly closing activities and internal/external audits.
- Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related documentation.
- Perform any other accounting tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
Required Skills
- B.Com graduate (Mandatory).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Tally, ERP software, or accounting tools is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, self-driven, and quick to learn.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of work.
