Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HRMIS data.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.
- Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Assist in recruitment coordination, induction, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and other HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Good knowledge of attendance management, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
