Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Head to lead and manage the counseling team effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, monitoring team performance, ensuring target achievement, and supporting the professional development of team members. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and team management skills to drive overall sales performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the counseling team to achieve organizational goals
- Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, and student interactions to ensure quality communication
- Review daily reports, performance trackers, and attendance updates regularly
- Guide and train new joiners regarding work processes, counseling methods, and company standards
- Ensure timely achievement of individual and team sales targets
- Provide regular feedback, performance evaluation, and improvement strategies for team members
- Coordinate with management regarding team performance and operational activities
- Maintain team discipline, productivity, and professional work culture
- Support admission and conversion activities to improve overall business growth
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to monitor performance and handle team operations efficiently
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and CRM handling
- Target-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in sales, counseling, or team handling is preferred
- Minimum 1 year to 3 years of experience in a Team Lead, Sales Team Handling, or Counseling Management role.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
