Job Role and Responsibilities
System Installation: Assemble and install HVAC units, ductwork, and refrigeration systems, ensuring correct alignment and optimal performance.
Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, replace faulty parts, lubricate components, check electrical connections, and troubleshoot system inefficiencies.
System Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues in Air conditioning systems compressors, air handling units, condensers, and filters; test pressures, airflow, and refrigerant levels.
Performance Checks: Verify system efficiency, indoor air quality, temperature, humidity, and electrical parameters to ensure compliance with standards.
Customer Interaction: Engage with clients, explain repair methods, provide maintenance guidelines, and offer solutions based on cost and time considerations.
Educational Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Education: 10th to 12th grade pass, with ITI (Industrial Training Institute) or NTC/NAC certification in refrigeration and air conditioning is preferred
Vocational Training:
Hands-on HVAC training programs improve employability and allow faster pay progression.
Industry Certifications: Credentials such as ISHRAE Certified HVAC Professional demonstrate expertise.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with mustimeters, refrigerant gauges, airflow meters, electrical diagnostics, and maintenance tools.
Soft Skills: Problem solving, attention to detail, communication, customer service, and punctuality are essential
Communication with clients and team members is also essential.
Preference will be given to the local persons (Chandigarh. Panchkula & Mohali) with their conveyance who are willing to join immediately.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
