Operations Executive – Job Description (E-commerce) Job Title: Operations Executive Experience: 4 Years Department: Operations / Supply Chain Industry: E-commerce (B2B & B2C) Location: Bangalore Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive with 4 years of experience in e commerce operations, including B2B and B2C supply chain management. The candidate should have strong knowledge of inventory control, logistics coordination, and order fulfillment processes, along with excellent communication and advanced Excel skills. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations for B2B and B2C channels • Handle order processing, fulfillment, and delivery coordination • Monitor and maintain inventory levels across warehouses and platforms • Coordinate with logistics partners for timely shipments and dispatches • Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues • Manage vendor and supplier coordination for smooth supply chain operations • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Excel • Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and reduce costs • Ensure accuracy in stock updates and system entries • Support process improvements in supply chain and logistics functions • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, customer support) Required Skills: • Strong experience in e-commerce operations (B2B & B2C) • Knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, and logistics processes • Excellent communication and coordination skills • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting) • Problem-solving and analytical thinking ability • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Qualification: • Any Graduate / BBA / MBA / Logistics / Supply Chain Management preferred Preferred Candidate: • 4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or supply chain roles • Experience in handling inventory and logistics systems • Strong reporting and operational coordination skills • Immediate joiners preferred
