Job Summary
GCC Group of Institutions is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive student admissions, generate leads, and build strong relationships with prospective students and corporate clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and sales skills with a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, social media, referrals, and field visits.
- Counsel prospective students regarding our training programs and career opportunities.
- Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain accurate records.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Represent the institution at seminars, career fairs, and promotional events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
