Role Overview:
We’re looking for a results-driven Telecaller Executive to proactively reach out to real estate agents and property consultants to build strategic alliances and generate leads for SafeLoans’ home loan products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, confidence in pitching financial products, and experience handling B2B outreach or agency relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to real estate agents, brokers, and property consultants to introduce SafeLoans and discuss partnership opportunities.
- Explain SafeLoans’ home loan products, eligibility criteria, benefits, and co-marketing/lead-sharing models in a clear, professional manner.
- Qualify agents’ interest and potential fit by gathering relevant information (area of operation, client volume, typical property values).
- Schedule follow-up meetings or virtual calls between interested agents and the sales/partnership team.
- Maintain accurate call logs, contact notes, and follow-up schedules in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or specified tool).
- Achieve weekly and monthly outreach and conversion targets (calls, meetings scheduled, partnerships onboarded).
- Coordinate with the sales, operations, and marketing teams for onboarding new agent partners and sharing collateral.
- Provide regular feedback from market conversations to help refine product messaging and partnership offers.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features, interest rates, and eligibility changes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 0.5–3 years experience in telecalling, customer acquisition, B2B sales, or partner outreach (experience in real estate or financial services is a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages (e.g., Rajasthani/Hindi dialects) is a plus.
- Confident, persuasive phone presence with good listening and objection-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of home loan products, eligibility norms, and the real estate ecosystem.
- Comfortable with CRM use and basic MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Target-driven, organized, and able to manage follow-ups independently.
- Professional, courteous demeanor and aptitude for relationship building.
Performance Metrics:
- Number of outbound calls per day/week.
- Meetings/appointments scheduled with real estate agents.
- Number of agent partnerships onboarded per month.
- Lead quality and conversion rates from agent referrals.
- CRM update/compliance rate.
