- Visit customer sites along with senior service engineers for machine installation, commissioning, and servicing activities.
- Observe and learn the working principles of road construction machinery and equipment.
- Assist service engineers in preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Collect machine performance data and update service reports accurately.
- Coordinate with customers and site operators to understand machine issues and communicate them to senior engineers.
- Monitor ongoing service activities and ensure updates are provided to the reporting engineer on time.
- Follow instructions provided by senior engineers and take necessary actions under their guidance.
- Learn basic troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine systems.
- Maintain records of service visits, machine inspections, and customer feedback.
- Assist in spare parts identification and inventory tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and site safety requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
