About the Role : Asset on the development, execution, and operational activities involved in Talent Strategy across South America. Performs administrative and analytical tasks such as distribution and reporting to meet the Talent Services SA targets.
Execute end-to-end learning administration activities, including publishing offerings in the LMS, monitoring enrollments, managing pre-work requirements, and canceling sessions when necessary.
Collect, consolidate, and analyze data related to talent programs, engagement surveys, and learning effectiveness to support reporting and decision-making.
Support global and regional projects by conducting testing, providing structured feedback, and representing South America requirements, regulations and feedback.
Education: Advanced student / University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
