Sales & Service Engineer (fresher)
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Service Engineers for manufacturing company. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Handle installation, servicing, and maintenance of machines/equipment
- Provide technical support and service to customers
- Visit client locations for service and support activities
- Assist in sales activities and customer coordination
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Prepare service reports and maintain customer records
Requirements
- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Fresher to 1 year of experience can apply
- Basic technical and troubleshooting knowledge
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel for client visits if required
