Position: Assistant Teacher – Pre-Primary
Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹12,000 per month
(Depending on experience, qualification & suitability)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Pre-Primary Teacher in managing classroom activities.
- Support children during learning and play activities.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment.
- Assist with teaching-learning materials and classroom preparation.
- Ensure the care, safety, and well-being of children.
- Participate in school activities and events.
- Support the teacher in maintaining classroom discipline.
Requirements:
- Graduate / 12th pass with relevant preschool experience.
- NTT / ECCE / D.El.Ed. qualification will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Passion for working with young children.
