We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional Email Manager, English Typist & Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English writing, typing, communication, and management skills to handle client communication and ensure smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, reply, and manage professional emails with clients and government authorities.
- Excellent English typing with high accuracy and speed.
- Prepare legal and business documents, letters, notices, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain client records, documents, and office databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of client work.
- Track ongoing projects and follow up with team members for deadlines.
- Handle client service operations and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Manage office documentation and digital file management.
- Assist senior management in daily operations and administrative work.
- Learn and manage new software, AI tools, and office technology.
- Ensure confidentiality of client information and company data.
