About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive with 2–5 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll processing, employee lifecycle management, manpower planning, recruitment, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage manpower planning and workforce allocation based on business requirements.
- Coordinate employee joining, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Labour Laws, and other HR regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HRMIS databases.
- Address employee queries related to payroll, attendance, policies, and benefits.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and HR initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and monthly manpower reports for management.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of HR experience in manufacturing or industrial organizations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Experience in manpower planning and employee relations.
- Good understanding of labour laws, PF, ESI, and HR policies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/Payroll software.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
