Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to ensure product quality at every stage of production in our plastic molding plant. The ideal candidate should have a hands-on approach and a basic understanding of quality control in a manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process and final inspection of plastic molded parts.
- Monitor product quality and identify defects or variations.
- Assist in documentation related to quality checks and reporting.
- Coordinate with production team to ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the inspection area.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Plastic/Production Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in plastic molding quality checks
- Basic understanding of measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.).
- Good observation and communication skills.
