Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to generate leads, connect with prospective students, and support the end-to-end admission process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and generate leads.
- Explain courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Handle the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to admission.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Update lead details and follow-up status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams for smooth enrollment.
- Attend promotional events, education fairs, and campaigns when required.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Preferred candidates who are comfortable meeting parents and students outside the office.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or academic counselling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented with good negotiation skills.
