Merzecool Systems is seeking a skilled and proactive Service Manager to lead and streamline our service operations in Thrissur.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely service delivery, managing a field team, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the daily operations of the service department.
Coordinate service schedules, field team assignments, and customer follow-ups.
Ensure prompt and efficient execution of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service escalations professionally.
Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Train, mentor, and motivate the service team to achieve performance goals.
Maintain proper documentation and reports related to service activities.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless service experience.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in service team management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.
