**Job Summary:**
The Accounts Executive will play a key role in the financial management of the company by handling day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Financial Record Keeping:**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and recorded in the accounting system.
2. **Accounts Payable and Receivable:**
- Process accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices.
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing clients, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
3. **Bank Reconciliation:**
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of cash records.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
4. **Financial Reporting:**
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Provide support in budgeting and forecasting processes.
5. **Compliance and Audit Support:**
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
6. **Expense Management:**
- Monitor and analyze company expenses, ensuring cost control and adherence to budget.
- Prepare expense reports and assist in the implementation of cost-saving initiatives.
7. **Support for Financial Analysis:**
- Provide financial data and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the evaluation of financial performance and identification of areas for improvement.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
