Key Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Manage incoming calls, emails, or chat messages from Tamil-speaking customers regarding product queries, orders, shipping status, and cancellations.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, assess, and troubleshoot customers' needs to achieve right-first-time resolutions, escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Relationship Building: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open, interactive, and empathetic communication.
- Data Management: Main accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and update files in our CRM system.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and overall service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Language Proficiency: Native or professional fluency in Tamil (spoken and written) is mandatory. Good command of English or Hindi is a strong plus.
- Education: High school graduate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service, domestic call centers, or front-desk roles (Freshers with excellent communication skills are highly encouraged to apply!).
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel), and the ability to adapt to CRM software quickly.
- Soft Skills: Strong active listening, patience, emotional intelligence, and conflict-resolution skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
