responsible for identifying the untapped potential of students (aged 12–15), aligning school
curricula with market demands, and managing the delicate psychological transition of parents
and students from academic dependency to vocational independence.
Audit the standard Primary curriculum to integrate
Functional Life Skills (e.g., teaching Mathematics through budgeting, banking, and
inventory management).
Adaptive Pedagogy: Develop teaching aids and modified workstations (ergonomics) that
allow students with varied locomotor or sensory disabilities to engage in technical tasks.
