Position: Inside Sales ExecutiveJob Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating qualified leads, engaging prospective clients, and supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in cold calling, and a passion for B2B technology sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outbound sales activities.
- Identify customer requirements and qualify leads for enterprise IT solutions.
- Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Promote the company's technology portfolio, including:
- IT Infrastructure Solutions
- Cloud Services (AWS, Microsoft Azure)
- Cybersecurity Solutions
- Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Microsoft & Software Licensing
- AI Solutions
- Servers, Storage & Networking
- End User Computing (Laptops, Desktops & Workstations)
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
- Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Technical, and Vendor teams to prepare proposals and solution presentations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM on a regular basis.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, and revenue targets.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and customer engagement.
- Basic understanding of IT products and enterprise technology solutions.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in selling IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Software Licensing, or Enterprise Solutions.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Microsoft Licensing, Networking, Servers, and Storage solutions.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and enterprise customer engagement.
- Experience using platforms such as IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, GeM, and LinkedIn for lead generation.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies.

Employment Details
