Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to oversee day-to-day HR operations while driving recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to leadership while ensuring efficient execution of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Oversee daily HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee experience programs.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and process improvements.
- Foster a positive and growth-oriented workplace culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRBP, HR Generalist, or similar HR leadership role.
- Strong experience in recruitment and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and employee relations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HRMS and recruitment tools is preferred.
