1. Role Purpose (1–3 lines): The role holder is responsible for planning, governing, and delivering complex programs that span multiple projects, stakeholders, and business priorities. This role ensures program outcomes are achieved through disciplined execution, risk management, financial oversight, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement of delivery practices.
2. Key Responsibilities:
- Define program objectives, scope, roadmap, milestones, success measures, and governance approach in alignment with business and client priorities.
- Lead end-to-end program execution across multiple projects, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and expected business outcomes.
- Establish and maintain program governance, including steering committee cadence, status reporting, decision logs, RAID tracking, dependency management, and executive-level communication.
- Manage program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, margin performance, cost control, benefits tracking, and financial risk mitigation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including project management, engineering, architecture, product, QA, operations, finance, and client teams, to ensure integrated planning and execution.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, client communication, escalation management, and timely decision-making across senior leadership and program sponsors.
- Monitor program health, progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests; implement mitigation, recovery, and corrective action plans as needed.
- Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, compliance standards, audit requirements, contractual commitments, and organizational quality frameworks.
- Provide guidance to project managers and delivery teams, strengthening program delivery capability, resource planning, team performance, and overall program maturity.
- Support change management, release planning, transition readiness, operational handover, and value realization for delivered program outcomes.
