Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and outreach campaigns to educational institutions.
- Build and maintain a database of schools, colleges, and coaching centres.
- Generate qualified student leads for the counselling team.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, seminars, and career guidance sessions.
- Coordinate outreach events, education fairs, and campus engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and lead generation activities.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Prepare reports on outreach performance and conversion opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, business development, student recruitment, or educational outreach.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent cold-calling and relationship-building abilities.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel for institutional visits and outreach activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,509.65 per month
