Job Location: Kochi
Looking for the post of BIM Manager/Coordinator.
The candidate should be able to
- Manage MEP and/or Structural BIM projects (Offline and Cloud)
- Coordinate and manage the team
- Coordinate the project/model
- Manage clash resolution and QC
- Time management of the project and the team
- Assess the productivity of the team for performance evaluation and billing
- Provide technical support for the projects and team
- Provide timely suggestion of add-ins and programs to support the project
- Understand the software/ technical requirement of client
- Ensure the timely delivery of the project
Skills Required:
- A deep knowledge/understanding of Revit software
- Good understanding of BIM 360
- Should be aware of the different BIM software and add-ins
- Dynamo knowledge and ability to understand the scripts will be an added advantage
Qualification:
Preferably Engineering Degree in any discipline with relevant BIM experience (Min 4 years) as mentioned above.
Apart from above, the candidate should be able to communicate with client and attend meetings as per the requirement.
The candidate with higher experience and skill set will be considered for the Manager level.
