We are looking for a pleasant and customer-focused Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, manage reservations efficiently, and ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating plan
- Handle guest inquiries, waiting lists, and special requests
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely seating and service
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception/host desk area
- Assist in managing guest flow during peak hours
- Address guest concerns politely and escalate when required
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of customer service etiquette
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience in hospitality is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Freshers are welcome to apply
