We are looking for motivated and energetic interns. The intern's primary responsibility is to research potential clients, initiate communication, qualify interested prospects, and pass warm leads to the senior sales team for final discussions and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential exhibitors and collaboration partners online.
- Use company-provided lead sheets and databases to find the relevant decision-makers.
- Collect and verify contact details (phone numbers, email addresses, LinkedIn profiles, etc.).
- Make introductory calls and explain the event opportunity.
- Draft and send professional outreach emails.
- Follow up with prospects and assess their level of interest.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Pass interested and qualified leads to senior team members for deal closure.
- Represent the company professionally in all communications.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident speaking with business professionals over phone and email.
- Good internet research skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Must have a personal laptop and mobile phone for daily work.
- Prior sales experience is a plus point.
