Job Description
We are looking for professional and organized Administrative Assistant to support the Director in daily business operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and official communication.
- Maintain confidential documents and records.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external clients.
- Arrange travel, meetings,and event schedules.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and project deadlines.
- Perform general administrative and office support duties.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power point, and outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Smart problem - solving and multitasking abilities.
Any graduate from any stream.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
