About the Role :
Wattmonk Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented AutoCAD Interns who are eager to build their careers in the solar design industry. This internship offers hands-on experience working on live U.S. solar projects while learning industry-standard tools and processes under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Learn and work on the PlantSet IQ tool and AutoCAD for solar permit design.
- Prepare and modify roof layouts, electrical layouts, and structural design drawings.
- Assist in creating accurate and compliant permit designs for residential and commercial solar projects.
- Review project specifications and incorporate client requirements into design deliverables.
- Maintain design quality, accuracy, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with the Design and Operations teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Participate in technical training sessions and continuously improve design knowledge.
Required Qualifications :
- Diploma/ITI/B.E./B. Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–6 months of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and drafting concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills :
- Familiarity with AutoCAD commands and drafting standards.
- Exposure to solar design concepts is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Internship Details :
- Duration: 3 Months (Paid Internship)
- Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
- Shift: Rotational
- Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
- Opportunity for Full-Time Employment (FTE) based on performance and business requirements.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
